The course is ready to go! I'm so excited to be announcing that Elevated Mosaic Jewelry is now available for purchase. If you've ever wanted to take your mosaic jewelry to the next level, my new course will give you all the ins and outs that I've learned through trial and error over the last 15+ years. This is follow up course to my original Smalti Mosaic Jewelry. However, you do not need to have taken this course to take Elevated Mosaic Jewelry, though some experience in mosaic would be suggested.
Click here to check out the free promotional video. It gives you a look inside the course, plus a personal and fun interview with Tami Macala, owner of Mosaic Arts Online.
This course has 6 unique projects, designed in a particular order so that each project builds upon the last. But before diving into a project, you'll be guided through various essentials to making mosaic jewelry, such as:
- Optimal Lighting and Ergonomic Setup: Create comfortably with the best lighting and seating arrangements.
- Preferred Tools: Discover my favorite wheeled nippers and how to use them effectively.
- Base Selection and Preparation: Choose and prep your bases for a flawless start.
- Gold Cutting Techniques: Learn to cut gold into perfect sizes for your designs.
- Incorporating Unique Materials: Explore various materials to make your pieces stand out.
- Adhesive Mixing and Application: Master the art of mixing adhesives and applying them correctly.
- Cleaning Tips: My method for cleaning the adhesive while working on each piece
After practicing these essentials, you'll have 6 different projects to choose from, though I recommend doing them in order, as the concepts learned in each project will be used in later projects, building your skill set until you can tackle a pendant like the one seen above, the final project in the course. And like all workshops from Mosaic Arts Online, the course is yours for life, so you can refer back to it over and over, learning at your own pace.
So if you've been wanting to learn from me, but I haven't gotten to your area yet, here's a great way to be guided by my expertise and knowledge from afar!
