Sometimes when the moon rises in Perissa, Santorini, it comes up bright red. My dear friend Lainey suggested that I create something to evoke this spectacular phenomenon. They turned out very dramatic, just as that moon is. When it happens, even the harried servers decide to stop working for just a couple minutes to watch. It may be the most romantic sight ever.
